Shipping Costs

For all orders within the DACH countries, the USA, and the United Kingdom, we cover the shipping costs. Your products will be delivered completely free of charge directly to your home – with no minimum order value.

Processing and Shipping Your Order

Have you found your favourite item with us? Then we will make sure it reaches you as quickly as possible! As soon as your order reaches us, we immediately begin processing and shipping it.

The average delivery times are as follows:

  • After receiving your order, we need 1 to 3 working days for processing. Usually, this is done within one working day – orders placed on weekends may take a little longer.
  • After processing, your package is sent and usually arrives within 7 to 14 working days.

After your order, you will receive a personal tracking number by email. With this, you can check the current status of your delivery at any time via our shipping partner. You can find the tracking page at the following link: Package Tracking.

Delivery of Your Order

As soon as your package has arrived, we wish you much joy with your purchase! If, contrary to expectations, there is a problem or you wish to exchange or return an item, you will find all information on our Return Page.

Product Arrived Damaged?

We are sorry! In rare cases, an item may be damaged during shipping. Should this happen, we will send you a replacement free of charge the first time. In case of repeated incidents, we will refund the full purchase price.

How to Order from Us

The ordering process at Alpenlinie.at is simple and clear. Add your desired product to the shopping cart on the product page by clicking “Add to Cart.”

Make sure you have selected the desired variant. If everything is correct, proceed with “Checkout.” On the information page, enter your correct delivery address and check all details carefully. Then click “Continue to Shipping.”

In the next step, your address will be shown again along with the note that shipping is free for you – as a small thank you for your trust. Then you can continue with “Continue to Payment.”

Select your preferred payment method and click “Complete Order.” You will then be automatically redirected to the payment processing. If, contrary to expectations, problems occur during the order, please feel free to contact us!

Shipment Lost?

If your package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will first send a replacement free of charge. If your order has not arrived 60 days after shipping, you will receive a full refund.
