Right of withdrawal
Returns are possible within 30 days of purchase:
- The items must be returned in their original condition and with all labels attached.
- The packaging must not be damaged and must be in perfect condition.
- Returned products must show no signs of use whatsoever.
Please note: If the returns do not meet these conditions, we unfortunately cannot accept them. We reserve the right to refuse returns if they appear used or damaged.
Please always ensure that your return is accompanied by a tracking number. Returns without proof of shipping number are at your own risk and cannot be refunded in case of loss. The customer bears the return shipping costs.
As soon as your return has arrived with us, we will send you a confirmation by email. The refund will be made within a few days after processing the return.
Cancel order
An order can only be cancelled within 24 hours after completion of the order. After that, processing begins and cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
If you wish to cancel your order, please send a message immediately after purchase to info@alpenlinie.at.
Returns are always at the sender’s risk; return shipping costs are not refunded.
Received wrong item or wrong size?
If you have accidentally received the wrong item or wrong size, we will of course send you the correct item free of charge!
