My order is delayed – where is it?

In most cases, delivery occurs within the expected timeframe. However, delays can occur. If your order has not arrived 3 business days after the regular delivery period, please contact us at: info@alpenlinie.at .

Part of my order is missing – what now?

Due to weight restrictions, items may be shipped in separate packages. Even if you order multiple products at the same time, they may come from different suppliers. This means not all items will arrive simultaneously.

Don't worry – the remaining products usually arrive within 1 to 3 business days.

What should I do if my delivery arrives damaged?

Unfortunately, it can happen that a package is damaged during transport. Of course, you are not responsible for this. In this case, please contact our customer service immediately at info@alpenlinie.at and send us photos of the damage.

Please do not send the goods back without prior consultation and photographic evidence – only then can we help you quickly and efficiently. Our customer service team will immediately review your request and find the best solution together with you.
